PAYMENT TERMS
- GOLDNBROWN’s preferred payment is EFT (electronic funds transfer) whereby payment is made directly into the GOLDNBROWN bank account with details as follows:
BSB 013775 ACCOUNT #477056108 REF your order number must be used or we can not guarantee delivery EFT payments do not incur a processing fee.

GOLDNBROWN also uses ANZ Egate (MIGS) as their nominated on line secure payment gateway. Egate processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.
Credit card payments are subject to a 1.75% surcharge for Visa & Mastercard and a 3.5% surcharge for Amex (Amex is currently not accepted).
- GOLDNBROWN also accepts Paypal and these payments will incur a 2.4% processing fee.
- Money Orders will also be accepted.
Once your payment has been received your order will be despatched.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website unless that access was made possible by our negligence.
SHIPPING TERMS
AUSTRALIA WIDE
As a special introductory offer, GOLDNBROWN is proud to announce that all Australia wide shipping is FREE. Heavy orders refer below.
Delivery is 3-5 working days.
AUSTRALIA WIDE – HEAVY ORDERS
For any heavy or large parcels, delivery charges may be incurred and are based on the size and cubic weight of the parcel. Should your order be unusually large or heavy you will be contacted with any postage costs prior to sending your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Should you require international shipping, shipping can be arranged. Delivery is approximately 3-7 working days to arrive in major cities and up to 12 working days outside of these areas. APPROXIMATE prices are listed below and can vary from time to time outside of GOLDNBROWN’s control.
Value of stock - Please note that we are required by law to list the price you paid for all items as the Customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs fees charged by your Government
GIFT PACKS / WRAPPING
Any GOLDNBROWN Gift Packs purchased will receive free gift wrapping. Individual items can be gift wrapped at an additional $5 per order and will be posted directly to the gift receiver. Simply change the delivery address at checkout and advise of your special message in our comments section.
RETURNS
Should you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@goldnbrown.com.au and we will endeavour to assist in a positive outcome. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of purchase and if the fault is an approved manufacturing fault. Please note that any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Returns will only be processed should the items be returned in the original condition with all packaging in tact. NB: refer care instructions below.
RE-ORDERING (RETAILERS)
Due to the uniqueness of our products and beauty of our one-off fabric designs, for re-ordering purposes, we ask that that you order in colour schemes ie: blue, pink, orange, green, multi coloured or white background. We will then choose the best of our range within these colour schemes.
RE-ORDERING (CUSTOMERS)
Whilst we endeavour to be able to re-order most fabrics, this can sometimes be impossible due to the exclusive one-off nature of these products. The beauty of our range is that each piece is unique. We ask for your patience and trust and we will ensure that we chose the most suitably matched piece to your preference.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS / UNIQUE FABRICS
GOLDNBROWN fabrics are created with a special treatment that gives each garment its unique look. They can vary in colour, shade and/or feel, which is indicative of this process but enhances its character with wear. It is designed to fade and hand washing in cold water is recommended.
All fabrics differ in design and products can best be categorized into colour schemes instead of individual names.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on line. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
